Wee Folk

Looking back at her project journal my girl was reminded that she wanted make a group of campers, Wee Folk style.

We started a list and started measuring, folding, and wrapping up Wee Folk bodies and making designs for tents.

A few Wee Folk from the past came out to cheer us on...

Then the project took a whole new direction when these fellows came on the scene.

So now along with her campers there are plans and the beginnings of a little Fellowship of Wee Folk... even including Gandalf the White!

It is a long term project to say the least but she is determined and (with a bit of help from mom) I think we will have a Fellowship in the house before long...

And there was more of this business of blowing up a balloon without touching it!

If you are looking for fun and easy ways to entertain the kiddos, friends and relatives over the long 4th of July weekend look no further than your kitchen pantry and the Alphabet Glue Summer Science Special

I will be back tomorrow with an Independence Day inspired Make & Listen Along. If you would like to join in I would love to see what you have been making and listening too!

  4. So fantastic! Those remind me worry dolls, without the worry of course. I really like the attention to detail on the dresses. :)
