Action Pack Giveaway

Thank you all for your warm welcome back to blogland. I do appreciate your comments and emails! It is good to be back. My parents are here visiting but while they are busy with the little people I am sneaking some time to share with you something super fun!

I am very excited to have a project that started as a seed of an idea, and played out in the realm of our very own backyard, make it into the action packed pages of the latest edition of Action Pack magazine.

Some of you may remember our water rocket project. It was great fun to test Newton's third law of motion with a little water & air. Now the details of how we did it are on the pages of this fun mag... along with a whole lot of other awesome water related project from some amazing contributors.

A word from Action Pack...
"The first issue for 2013 is part of our Elements themed year, and begins with WATER. So versatile and so necessary for life. In this issue we have 15 contributors, and more than 20 projects, these wonderful contributors from around the world walk us through arts and crafts, science, experimentation, adventure, cooking and play — all related to water."

Kathreen has offered to give away a copy of Action Pack to an adventurous reader.

~Please leave a comment to enter the giveaway.
~Share the giveaway in any way you like (tweet, Facebook, blog, etc...) Come back here to let me know what you did for another chance to win.

The giveaway will close Sunday night and the winner will be announced on Monday, March 4th.

Have a great weekend!

  2. Please throw me into the hat! I'm sure my kiddo would love to try your project out in particular--although we'd have to go to a park because who knows where a rocket shot from our small backyard would wind up!
